Conditions of Prereservation

Clients making prereservations can fall in three types: Individual Clients, Corporate Clients, and Travel Agencies – Tour Operators.
1. Individual Client should consider the following information:
- Type of room to book.
- Check-in Date.
- Check-out Date.
- Passenger’s name or booking person’s name.
- Contact phone number.
- Credit card number and expiration date (*).
(*) For reservations made through the Internet, please add the three-digit security or validation code found on the backside of the card.
2. Corporate Clients:
Corporate clients should send a request in writing or purchase order with the same information that applies to Individual Clients specifying the booking person and the payment.
If it involves an Individual Client who makes reservation through a company to obtain the corporate rate, he or she must include his or her credit card number and the expiration date as a form of guarantee.
3. Travel Agencies - Tour Operators:
Travel Agencies and Tour Operators can book by using any of the two previous modalities as well as a third one called Prepaid NonEnd/NonRef.
Under this last modality, it is not necessary to consign credit card number since it only functions with prepaid rooms and services.
A booking request does not constitute guarantee, Hotel Monterilla takes responsibility only for reservations confirmed with a Confirmation Number or Code assigned by the hotel and promptly informed to its Clients.
